"Windows Firewall is not using recommended settings"?

I checked my firewall today, and it says "Windows Firewall is not using recommended settings"

What are the recommended settings, and how can I set them? I really don't want to get viruses or other nasties on my computer. Thanks. :)

McAfee Security Suite has a fire wall, so you don't need Windows fire wall too. Go into 'services' and set it to "Disabled".

Type services.msc in the start search bar, click on the icon, then scroll down to Windows Firewall. Right click on it and choose 'properties'. In the dropdown box, set it to disabled and stop the service.
