Some help, Making my Vista look like windows 7, Security problems

Well I need help with like one last thing, you know windows 7 security notification icon, with the flag... well It says "take ownership" then patch, well there is no take ownership for my wscui.dll (System32\) its your security center like and Clicked properties > Security and there was no TrustedInstaller on the Groups, where as my other .dll's/Programs have it, so I need to know how to add Trustedinstaller to my Wscui.dll Aka Security center... one more thing can it be in? (Properties > Security > Advanced > Edit > Add > Advanced... > Find now) << Its long but is it called something in their and I don't know what its called in their maybe, Please help if you can

Note: Im not stupid like the other people and installed a real windows 7 theme, its a 7 theme to work for vista..
