hello to every one on this forum..I am new to this site and i need help with my problem...my son got this fake antivirus window running on the computer and i know it was a virus..and my computer did not run after that i keep getting this message...require data was not place into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000009c. if anyone run into this issue would you please help me resolve my problem...i will appreciate alot..thanks,,

Download one of these bootable cd's .... it will be in the formof an .ISO file

Burn the .ISO file to a CD using ImgBurn. Be sure to burn at a slow speed so that there are no errors on it. The Official ImgBurn Website
Make sure the Bios is set to boot from CD or DVD.
Let us know if you are able to boot the computer now.

i created a rescue disk and was able to scan my computer after a few scans it found some viruses i clicked to deleted them...did complete a full scan twice but when i rebooted still got the same error message...right now im dowloading a nother rescue disk..call avira see if this one definately makes it work...
