I'd try removing in safe mode...

Its usually best to remove issues in safe mode.

I'd try running in safe mode with networking, and do a online scan like HouseCall - Free Online Virus Scan - Trend Micro USA

I suggest that you be just a little patient and wait for Jacee. You want to be sure that, especially with a Trojan, it is all removed. She will be around soon.
These things can be nasty. Brink has just posted in another theread that when he gets a virus, he does not fool around. He formats and uses a saved image to restore.

Ill always watch your back Jason. Your problem may not be that serious, but even with my computer, I would wait for a specialist; Jacee and Corrine are the best.

Download DDS from one of these links:
    Mirror 1 Mirror 2 Mirror 3
    • Disable any script blocking protection
    • Double click the dds icon to run the tool.
    • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
      1. DDS.txt
      2. Attach.txt <--- will be minimized in the task tray
    • Save both reports to your desktop.

Include the contents of both logs in your next post.
The scan will instruct you to post Attach.txt as an attachment.
