Ffor months now I have had my User Accound turned off, today it popped back on for no reason? why is this?

Can you be more specific? I assume you're referring to UAC, or User Account Controls, which are the warnings that pop up when you try to make changes to your computer. Please provide a little more information, the more you give about your situation the better we can help.
