Do these anti-viruses fight eachother?

I have the following anti-viruses running at the same time, but none of them seem to fight eachother and cause hassle on my computer:

AVG LinkScanner (Not AVG itself.)
Windows Defender
Microsoft Security Essentials
Malwarebytes (Though this dosen't run all the time, only when I say so).

I'm surprised that Windows Defender ran a 3 hour scan (rhymes lol) and didn't cause hassle for the other AV's. But do these fight eachother? It's like I have a huge amount of protection when I don't neccesarily need all of it XD

Thank you for everything you've done for me in the past years. I'm sorry that games require much more than you're capable of, but you'll never be forgotten as my first personal computer <3
MSE is an anti virus, Malwarebytes is an anti malware, avg link scanner is not an anti virus , windows defender is anti spyware, so, you in effect only have one anti virus , which is fine.
