Uninstaller on my system has stopped working.It doesnt allow me to uninstall anything.I actually wanted to uninstall my earlier version of my anti spyware software and install a new one but the system does not allow me to do so.When I did that It said "supersetup unistaller has stopped working".
My google chrome does not start ,it says

same thing is happening with mozilla.
I did some reading on this forum.It said it could be due to some registery problems.I downloaded a free registery booster
,did a scan and fixed the errors. But its still not working.

sometimes it says it has turned off a particular program because of DEP.I did some R n D there also but it didnt help.

any help would be highly appreciated ..
