    Can't find script engine

My first thread and I am a novice re:computers. I was on yahoo reading a story when a "Microsoft security essential alert" popped up. It showed 3 viruses and recommended deleting them. I pressed the "clean" button and a program called "Setup.exe.vbe from ad2092dw.windowsdefenceproject2014.ne" appeared at the bottom of the screen and I was asked if i wanted to open or save. I selected open and a small window opened that said "can't find script engine "vbs script" C.\users\......\setup.exe.vbe". Does anyone know what I can do to fix this. I've had this computer for 5+ years and am running Vista Home Premium 64bit. Thanks

Did more digging and found that I don't have Microsoft essentials installed on my computer. Must have been fake one, which I am in process of taking care of.
