Got the "User profile service failed the logon" message when trying to logon to my user profile. As my profile is the administrator even though I could access the other 3 profiles on the comp it wasn't letting me access any of my files even when inputting my password. I used the safe boot mode and then option one and everything is working perfectly again. Many thanks, your a star. Chris |
