Re: Search Options

I am a new Vista user. I want to find all of the .doc files on a hard drive. How do I get Vista to list every .doc file on a particular hard drive?

Re: Search Options

Hello Tcaffey, and welcome to Vista Forums.

Be sure to have your search settings set like they are in the screenshot below step 4 to have all areas included in the search. Next, open Computer and the hard drive you wand to search in. In the Search box at the top right corner, type in *.doc and press enter.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
