Harry,

The 32 bit and 64 bit versions work the same for this. If you need to change the folder back to the default location, then use Method Two for the registry in the tutorial to do so. It will work better for you.

Instead of changing the folder location to a drive partition, change it to a New Folder in the drive partition. This should keep the default green icon for the folder.

well I tried WinBUBBLE but it doesn't fix the desktop icon.

it works great for all folders except saved games , and yes itīs in its place
maybe itīs how to type an space in cmd prompt or something?

See if using the Shell command shell:SavedGames in Option One of this tutorial wil bring it back for you first.

Another excellent guide from vistax64 forums. I've used a lot of guides to tweak my Vista from here, and finally going to give my thanks.


And it did solve my missing Music folder icon, too :P
