CRM is one of the more popular applications to run on RDBMS'. MS has a real chance of giving heavyweights like Siebel a run for their money IMHO. I wish they'd come out with a certification/specialization for it, like MCITP: Dynamics CRM or (if they hadn't changed everything) MCDBA: Dynamics CRM.
