Re: Windows Live communication error

1. Configure Windows Live Messenger:
a. Exit Windows Live Messenger.
b. Locate C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Contacts.
c. Right click WLCOMM.EXE and then select Properties.
d. Click the "compatibility" tab and under "Display settings" click the check box that says "Disable visual themes". (you want a tick in this box after you have clicked it.)
e. Click "OK" and then sign in to WLM.

2. If you can't uninstall the NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager, you may temporarily disable the program:
a. Click Start, click Run, type taskmgr in the Run box and press ENTER or click OK.
b. On the Windows Task Manager window, click the Process tab.
c. Under Image Name, locate Nsvcappflt.exe and click End Process.
d. Click Yes to confirm.
e. Attempt to sign in to Windows Live Messenger.
