| vista business oem | Hangs on restart/reboot I have installed SP1 after a complete re-install of Vista Business (32bit). Now the Dell Inspiron, AMD Turon 1.8ghz, 2mg Ram, will not shutdown. The "on" light stays on. I can only shutdown with on/off x 5sec. This occurs with restart and shutdown. On restarting I choose "start Windows Normally" and its OK. Look forward to some ideas on a fix.  |
