Help With Windows Updates Failing

I tried to install office12 and that failed so i tried to install windows update but I got error code 8007000B. I went to the command prompt and tried to clear it with
by typing fsutil resource setautorestrat true C:\ and that didn't work. someone please help!!

Did you run as administrator the command prompt before typing "fsutil resource setautorestrat true C:\" ?

Yes, I right clicked on command prompt and ran it as an administrator and typed in

fsutil resource autoreset true C:\ and it told me that the operation was done successfully but the problem is not fixed.

Well, i suppose you have rebooted since, so have a look at the windows update log.
