Installed SP1, getting several errors!

Hi,

I'm from holland and the day before yesterday, I've installed SP1 because it was available in my language. The install process went smoothly without any errors. After I've rebooted my laptop, It was a Really, REALLY slow rebooting process. My cursor went crazy to. Also I was getting the 'blue screen of death'. I forgot to note the error but it wasn't good.

Now I've uninstalled SP1 but i'm still getting the slow reboot and it is also slow when I turn off my Laptop.

The cursor error is gone now but my Laptop is now even slower than before i've installed SP1!

Does someone knows the answer to all my problems, cause I wan't it to be solved :( ?

Kind Regards,
TommyT

Yeah, I had a few issues after installing SP1 as Photoshop was slowed down. I really need it to be fast for my work.

In the end I had to reformat and reinstall Vista - no biggie - apply updates then avoid the SP1 update. This is my strategy until Adobe release CS4 (64bit). My Workstation system is mostly offline ( I only go online to FTP and install minor updates ) and since NOT installing SP1 it has been very fast and snappy.

If you can go back to it's pre-SP1 state I would try that.....and reassess.
