After installing SP1 I now have two issues please help

Hello there, after installing service pack 1, I now have two issues with my ULTIMATE edition...

1. When I click on the link to enter my product key nothing happens, I just did a clean reinstalled of Vista ULTIMATE and during the install I decided to leave out the product key until days later, but now I can not enter the key. Any help please ?

2. I can no longer get to device manager when I bring up system from control panel to click on the link "Device Manager" on the left hand column.

I know there are other ways of getting to device manager, but I wish to have this part fixed please. Any help with Please ?

Cheers MagicBytes

Hi, MagicBytes, and welcome to the forums.

You can try uninstalling SP1 and see if both of these issues go away - and then re-install SP1 after entering your key - or you can manually download and reinstall SP1 from the large offline installer.
