| vista home premium 32 | check disk hangs after installing SP1 I tried installing SP1 and it hung up I restarted from DVD and ran system restore but it said I had errors on drive and need to run check disk. It tries to run but says I need to restart. Ok when I restart and check disk stars it hangs on stage 2 at 10% (1 of 947389 files checked) |

| vista home premium 32 | Re: check disk hangs after installing SP1 update it started going again after about 30 minutes. had to repair all sorts of files i hope system restore can fix it from here. I did not know SP1 could cause so much damge. All previouse upgrades went fine. |
