Cannot find BIOs update.???

I cannot find bios update for my computer Compaq Presario SR5123WM Desktop PC*-* Product Specifications*

i go to there software page and all i get is there download which i try it and it says this is the wrong bios for your computer

• Manufacturer: Asus
• Motherboard Name: M2N68-LA
• HP/Compaq motherboard name: Narra-GL8E

Umm, if your manufacturer is Asus, why are you going to Compaq's website, as your computer is *not* a Compaq....

Compaq and HP both use Asus mobo's..... but, the boards are made special for those companies and if there's going to be any bios upgrades, and there seldom are for proprietary mobo's, then you'll have to get them from the company whose name is on the case. That's just the way it works.
If the company isn't offering a BIOS upgrade, then there is NONE.

There will only be a bios upgrade if there was a problem with that mobo that needs fixing. NO problems = NO Upgrades. It's just that simple.
So stop worrying about it and enjoy your computer.
