Error Code 8007000B

I am receiving the following error codes when trying to apply updates. I receive error code 8007000B when trying to apply Windows updates and error code 1935 when trying to install ADOBE Reader V9 or V8. I have talked to DELL and Microsoft tech support with no luck... I have run the fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\ command, received the message it was succsessful and restarted the PC... didn't fix the issue... Also re-installed Windows still getting same error messages.

Any help would be great.
