| Vista Home premium 32bit, SP2 | KB890830(MRT.exe My PC is set to auto update and it installed this update which was a Malicious software removal tool. But every time I boot up the PC it asked me to run this exe. I disabled it in the Startup in msconfig. Was this the right thing to do? Does this thing need to run on startup? |

| Vista Home premium 32bit, SP2 | Re: KB890830(MRT.exe It must have been a bad update. Somthing happend and I restored to a earlier point and reinstalled the update and all was good. |
