NEED HELP.. Service pack 1 won't install

    NEED HELP.. Service pack 1 won't install

    i need service pack 1 to be able to play a game i recently purchased. i tried installing the stand alone service pack download and it still gave me an error..



    internal error
    error code 0x80073712

    i contacted dell and i would have to pay 129 more dollars... screw that.

    so i doubt anyone will reply but itd be nice!
