Vista - did I get the conficker protection update

I know microsoft released an update back in october to protect against conficker. I got my computer in december with the olest update being many security and windows mail ....... updates. Although non of them are rated critical, did I get the update? When I click on windows update it says WINDOWS IS UP TO DATE

if vista updater says it is up to date u must have the update, but u can check as sometimes u can see what updates u have by going to programs (i think that is what it is am using linux right now) in the control panel. sometimes it showsthe updates there because u can uninstall some there.

you could also goto the microsoft website and search for the update there, then download it and try installing it.

I dont know if I have the update???

I just went to microsofts website and for VISTA it was rated important, not critical. I have MANY important updates that were installed, do you think I got it?
