| Vista home preuim 64 bit | windows updates detroy the fingerprint reader/card slot/touch-screen Hi, folks: My laptop is HP pavilion tx2000. I just found the memory card slot, fingerprint reader, and touch-screen refuse to work. I contacted HP support, I was told to reinstall the updates sent from HP. but it is useless. today I was suggested that reinstall the whole system. it is horrible, does anybody have idea to deal with these problems caused by this junk OS?
