| Vista Home Premium 32 bit | error code 80070103 in Windows Update. Hi, Can anyone help ? Keep getting that irritating message in my Win Update box. My system is WinVista Home Premium 32bt and my laptop is HP dv9000 Pavilion unit. Going  generally with this unit. Disruptive shutdowns, expanding error logs,. Sometimes works like a  other times  . Machine plagued by "non responding" notifications and all the  s that have serviced it seem to have made it worse. HELPPETROS |
