Vista - frame work 3.5 familiy update problem

first of all sory for my bad english
this week when i install framework 3.5 family update(kb951847)x86 i took an error. then i read some posts in ms techforums but i didint solve problem
then i uninstall framework 3.5 and 3.5 sp1 from my pc with windows install cleanup utility but now i cant install it again
when i try install it says install problem
can tou help me?
but please with a basic english
i use vista 32 bit home premium vitth sp1
note: i also tried install full packgace of framework 3.5 which one is 197 mb but i cant

Uninstall .NET frameworks and restart your computer. Then download this:

Let me tell you that in my experience anyway that particular update must have a mind of its own (might be a female update only joking) and can very tempremental during installation.

One thing for sure, I recall it's about 80Megs and it's best installed by itself and with no additional updates and please make sure that your Firewall, and indeed your Antivirus, isn't preventing this update from going all the way.

i did uninstall that before with revo and windows clean up utility now there is only one version framework 1.1.(picture 1)

but when i try install framework 2.0,3.0 or 3.5 it gives me error mesages.sometimes it says you have allready this version sometimes install error.and i find it in c/windows/microsoft.net/framework but ı cant delete that says you have no permisions for delete but i m administrator (picture2)

i thing i have to delete that folders in picture 2 but i cant?
anyone a better idea?
