| vista home premium 64 bit | IE8 64bit update problem Well not really a problem because I really don't use ie, but when I do updates it is listed as important. When I try and do the update I get this message. "setup can not continue because a more recent version of internet explorer has been detected on this computer" this is after a recent system recovery via hp recovery disc. If anyone can help that would be cool but honestly it isn't effecting my performance at all and IE8 is working. It's just that windows update is insisting I need this update. |
