SP2 install problem

    SP2 install problem

    Hi all,
    Vista home premium 64 bit.

    Unable to install sp2 I get the error #80073712.

    any suggestions?

    Try disabling your Antivirus software.

    also try this if disabling the anti virus doesn't work Fix for Vista SP1 install error 80073712 through windows update | Windows Reference i know it says SP1 but the info should still be relevant also look here http://www.windowsreference.com/wind...windows-vista/
