Microsoft Tinker does not save my progress!

I searhed the whole forum but could not find any solution for this proublem. All my progress is lost every time I exit the game! So I have reinstalled the tinker but nothing changed

Please could someone help me??

Editk i have downloaded the .cab file from microsoft update. Extracted the files and run the game again but the same proublem still exists! Anyone pls help!

Have you uninstalled the update prior to reinstalling? It does make a difference.
