Hello, My Name Is Josh And I Need Help With The Following.

1.Windows Update Encountered An Unknown Error.

The Error Code Is "Code 80244019"

I Do Not Know What To Do And My Software Is Getting Out Of Date.:mad:

I Need Help Please Respond A.S.A.P.

The error code means that you can't get to the server. Make sure AV or your Firewall isn't blocking you. Windows Defender will sometimes block updates too.

Hi Josh, hope I can help. Can you use System Restore to go back to the point that you were able to get updates? If so why not give that a try?

If you use System Restore, look at all of the Restore points, use the one that is prior to the point that you began to have problems.
