upgrade premium 64bit to ultimate 64 bit

I have Vista Home Premium 64bit installed with sp1. I'd like to upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64bit, but don't feel like backing up the gazillion things I have. Is it possible to do an upgrade without wiping the computer? Has anyone here done it?

Re: upgrade premium 64bit to ultimate 64 bit

yes you can, cause they are both 64bit,

now if you had 32bit vista and wanted to upgrade to a 64 bit Vista you would have to do a clean install
