Is Vista Ultimate Sp2 good enough?

I am currently running vista ultimate sp1 and i got to know about the new sp2. should i update it to sp2? what do u guys think?:confused:

Yes, you should update and I would say that I am very happy with it.

Yes update to SP2 via Win Updates. General advice is to turn off Anti virus & Defender etc before downloading. Went quickly & smoothly here on 2 laptops.
Let us know how it goes if you do download.

Why wouldn't it be good enough? Can't say I notice much difference before and after installing SP2 though, but I always think it's best to be completely up to date

The few things that SP2 takes care of are :


  • Record data to Blu-Ray Disc media.
  • Support for 64 bit CPU from VIA
  • Supports Bluetooth v2.1 and Windows Connect Now (WCN)
  • Resolves issues for Wi Fi conenction after your system resumes from Sleep mode
  • Adds features to the Window sidebars.
So go ahead and spice up your system.:D
