how to manually install dreamscene update?

i recently downloaded the dreamscene update which is a .cab file but i dunno how to integrate/install it so its useful? when i try to update through windows updater (after selecting what updates i want to install) it does not go further i left it for a half an hour but it still was on 0% what is the problem?


P.S: my internet is fine and i do not have made an proxy, its default as it was when i first installed it.

please help and thanks in advance

On Ultimate version there is not worth to install "wild version".
-you have watch out on viruses
-you have to estimate platform (x32 or x64)
-even if you everything correct do in WU this hotfix will still appear in WU-you have to hide it

Stop for the moment service Windows Update,delete folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and start service Windows Update and try again
