It seems unfortonatelly NET Framework 3.5 is corrupted  .Use this special Net Framework cleanup tool:Aaron Stebner's WebLog : .NET Framework Cleanup Tool User's Guideto remove 3.5,download full package from here:http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...dotnetfx35.exe and install it again and then again try install hotfix. |
