Hi - Update Freeze

Hello,

I would like to say: "Hi, I'm Sybre/Cybr" - to you all. I've been around on this forums for a year or so, but now I have a yet unsolved issue.

The problem is that when I update my computer through one of these updates (link displayed below of Windows Update), I experience several problems:

- No restore point will be created;
- When updated and restarted, Windows freezes upon loading (at the load bar)
- I have to insert my Installation Disk once more and I have to 'Repair' my computer which leads to a roll-back.

Here's the image of the updates I can install after SP1 and SP2:

Here's my computer specifications:

Vista Home Premium x64 Build 6002
Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus (European)
Intel Core2 Q6600 @ 2,7GHz - FBS1200
4x OCZ 1Gig RAM Reaper thingies (forgot timings, also) @ 800MHz [not overclocked, yet]
Asus EN8800GTS320MB [not overclocked] - Latest drivers

And 3 HDD's with 2 in RAID0 where Vista x64 is installed.

I think this is enough information o_o, if anything more is required, feel free to ask.
Have fun solving xD.

Thanks,
Cybr.

Don't you know exactly which one cause problem? If you tried install all updates at once I suspect hotfixes for motherboard.First try only install IMPORTANT rank hotfixes. If everything work fine try update drivers for chipset from here ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-,stop for the moment service Windows Update delete folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and restart service Windows Update -hotfixes for motherboard should never appear
