Hey ninnepadot

Are you looking to run 32bit on 64bit vista or do you want to change vista to 32?

I don't want to permanetly change 64 bit(I know it is suppose to be faster and future programs will be made to accomadate it). I just want to be able to install flash player on my 64 bit until Adobe comes out with new version which will install on 64 bit. I understand that will happen in a month or so. Thank you.

All you need to do is use a 32-bit browser. FF and IE both come in x86 flavours.
Windows comes with both 64 and 32 bit IE. Firefox is 32-bit from the official source but there is a 64-bit version available from other sources.

There is no need to downgrade to 32-bit.

And you can tell the difference as IE8 has an x64 if you look in the start menu. Start the other one instead. Even Norton 360's intrusion protection toolbar for IE8 doesn't show in x64, and neither does Windows Live.
