| Vista Bussiness x64 PL | Re: Vista SP2 install error message Help You have many corruptions even in WinSxS folder! There are manyPossible solution: 1.If you have Vista DVD I recommend Repair Install For Vista but remember your Vista DVD must be integrated with SP1 or better with SP2 to do that.See also: Vista SP1 Slipstream Installation DVD Sliptream Vista SP2 2.If you don't have Vista DVD I'll devote and give you required files but you have to wait about 24 hours 3.You can also yourself try find another computer with x32 Vista and from this fill missing files what Readiness Tool report. Your decision? |

| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Re: Vista SP2 install error message Help Ok, here`s where I am at with this issue. Decided to go down the remove Servise Pack 1 route and perform a repair install from the Vista DVD. Issue is, in the list of installed updates Sp1 KB(936330) is installed, but it does not show in the list of updates to uninstall, how can this be? Could I copy the files from another machine for the WinSXS Folder as long as it has Service Pack 1 installed, would this work? Or should I go for a complete re-install? if so what`s the best way? |
