Im in the process of taking a quick look at the dumps. One thing immediately caught my eye. there are drivers from as far back as 2004. What version are you running? sp1?

This is stricly hardware issues - two examples from from your files -almost all says

"probably caused by ntoskrnl.exe" ->this is equivalent trouble with hardware

Probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+fb978 )
+
Probably caused by : hardware ( dxgkrnl+45e2e )

To diagnose everything PSU,motherboard,video card...

There is not perfect tool for all everything although there are couple good benchmarks for example Everest Lavalys - Comprehensive IT Security and Management neverless to diagnose motherboard you have to open system unit -you have to check capacitors, make sure you don't have any leaks,to diagnose PSU usually is used multimeter - exactly how to do I don't know I'm not hardware expert
In VistaDVD you have already tool to diagnose RAM http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/65361-memory-diagnostics-tool.html -use it
Here you are tools to diagnose hard disks Bootable Hard Drive Diagnostics - Vox
neverless to check cables you need open system unit as well.Maybe somebody experience in hardware give you better advices...

Read this advice too:http://usasma.vox.com/

thx for the help, memory diagnostic didnt find anything, ill try the others, one question is it a good idea to check for mouse, monitor, keyboard newer 64 bit drivers even though they work properly

Monitor, keyboard.mouse and any other external devices you can neglect. This issue can only cause any component in system unit.Hard to say precise what exactly it is.

My Computer

i did another memeory diag test, standard didnt turn up anything so i did extensive, and it said hardware problems detected, so im guessing maybe its the ram, whats my next step?
