Try disabling your firewall and try the updates again. After trying to install again (whether it works or not), make sure to turn back on your firewall! Let me know what's up when you try this.

Uninstall completely 3p firewall, antivirus and antispyware if you have

If it don't help too prepare logs from OTL http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTL.exe
both MAIN+EXTRAS (in OTL use following settings -below image)

besides:

Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on cmd.exe) as admin and type:

sfc /scannow

When it finish type in cmd.exe

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt

on your desktop appear sfcdetails.txt

Download firegenul Altair Technologies Ltd.
place firegenul.exe in C:\Windows\System32

next again run cmd.exe with admin previlliges and type:

firegenul

it creates report from WindowsUpdate.log and is stored in C:\Windows\System32 as FireGenReport.htm

Download and run Readiness Tool Description of the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows Vista, for Windows Server 2008, and for Windows 7
This tool create CheckSur.log file in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

If nothing from above help you files
FireGenReport.htm,sfcdetails.txt and CheckSur.log and all OTL logs pack and attache to post

Although CheckSur report some few errors I rather suspect conflict with any application -WindowsUpdate.log don't report any issues.I'm waiting for OTL logs MAIN+EXTRAS .You can also try install problematic hotfixes manually from Microsoft Download Center (not from Windows Update!)

Which button i must press in OTL?

RunScan button...and another one.I founded something this:You receive error code 0x80070643 or error code 0x643 when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web sites to install updates

enable logging, try install hotfixes, disable logging and find in folder C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Temp any *.log files.Pack them and attache to post.If logs will be to big to attache upload the on RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

I checked logs files. One of them was created during debug logging. It returned following error:

Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

MS says nothing about this error:You receive an "Another installation is in progress" error message when you try to install Office or start an office program
This link is really manufacturer affaik as you can see.

But there is one unofficial solution:Windows 7 and Windows Installer Error “Another installation is in progress†- Jason N. Gaylord's Blog

and as this link says remove the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\InProgress

+restart. You can also repeat reset the whole WU for sure.
If nothing help attache OTL logs which I asked you before.

My Computer

Sorry I didn't notice you edited previous posts.

Not many suspicious in yours logs:

The only things which is worth to notice is this error:

Error - 10/15/2009 11:37:32 AM | Computer Name = SpiderMan-PC | Source = MsiInstaller | ID = 11606

Make sure in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders phrase Common Administrative Tools have correct settings

Another link about your errors http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/pt-BR/vistawu/thread/7c593084-16e8-4446-9d39-3d99d96957d0

from this link read & try @sunkist48 suggestions...and no more idea :(

My Computer
