| Vista Home Premium x64 | Service pack 2 question Hey folks Update has informed me that sp2 is ready to install. Just wanted your opinion on installing this. do I need it? I plan on installing win7 in about a month. any advice or opinion is appreciated. |

| Windows XP x86 Professional Service Pack 3, Windows Vista Ultimate x86 Service Pack 2 (VMware) | Re: Service pack 2 question Well, it's actually a personal choice. Since you'll be installing Windows 7 in a month, I suggest that you don't waste your time with updating it anymore, unless your going to do an upgrade installation of Windows 7 in which case you'll need all the Windows Updates you can get.
