window update error

Hi everyone, i am new to this forum.

After i downgrade my window 7 to vista ultimate, i am getting some errors from window update, i cant install the updates. here is the screen shot, hope you guys can help me ^^.

1.Download manully from Microsoft Download Center this hotfix: The Windows Vista Application Compatibility Update

2.If point 1 don't help disable network adapter in device manager and try again
3.If even point 2 fail uninstall all third party security software -firewall,antivirus,antimalware
4.Reset the whole WU components in aggressive mode http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058
