Compcln.exe Interrupted

So I just reinstalled from factory restore disks that I had lying around and it took me forever to go from RTM to fully updated. Once I was fully updated I ran compcln.exe to remove old service pack data and whatnot and I also went to remove some other programs. In the middle of this my computer just stopped and nothing was happening. I had to do a power cut shut down and tried to re-run compcln.exe but it told me it had already been run and cannot be run again. Does this mean it worked or do I need to find a way to run it? Are there third party tools that can remove old service pack data or check to see if any is left over?

Thanks, I really don't want to have to re-reinstall and go through all of those updates again.

Actually, nothing is giving me a problem and think I know a way to test it. When the next round of updates comes through I'm going to check to see if the program runs. I'm pretty sure it cleans out every kind of update so, if anything was left over, it'll get deleted after the next round of updates.
