I'm so frustrated with my computer. I may have to reinstall the OS, but I'm trying to avoid that. I can't install my new webcam because the driver won't install, so I'm trying to update to Service Pack 2 on my Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit OS. When I was installing the update, it "installed" and restarted the computer, but in the process of restarting, when the updates were being installed, I noticed it say something like, "Service pack didn't install" then it reverted back to the old settings. What do I do? Do I really have to reinstall my OS? I'll have to go through backing up all my photos and music, and it's such a hassle. Please help!
