The installer requires more data to be downloaded

Meaning .....Whatever you're trying to install, your machine needs some
other updates to be installed first.

So, what is that update that has failed to install ?
Post back with its name/description and its KB number.

It also can mean that another program may have interferred, so you may want to try both solutions.
