Hi,
I have had a lot of problems with starting up my computer lately but finally I can now start my computer. But when I try to update, there are always two updates that doesn't work. These are kb2579686 and kb2596764, the second one I think I can do without (since it's for the office package and I don't use the office package) but kb2579686 seem very important since I suspect that my problems where caused by viruses in the first place. I have tried fixit and it did not work, the error code I get is 80070020. I have vista home premium service pack 2. Please help!
