Under Device Manager there is a ! next to MASS STORAGE CONTROLLER (MSC). When I check on it, the message is that there is no driver and it is not working properly because it has a problem. I tried searching for a driver with no luck. What does A MSC do and how do I find a driver? There is no brand name listed for it.

Chipset is a motherboard driver.. Don;t worry will skip that..
Ok is that computer actually connected to the internet.. go on device manager right click on that device showing the ! thingy and click on update drivers..
On the appearing box select
only this time then click on next > find driver.. and follow th process.. see if it captures the drivers..
Between waht is the model of the computer and the motherboard details.. is it a laptop or desktop??

If this is a USB SD card reader then it should auto-find its own drivers. If its not a usb card reader and its built into the case, whats the brand and model of your computer (i.e. Dell XPS 400)
