need help with installing of new realtek wireless driver. PLEASE.

Hey!
I really need help. My desktop could not make a wireless connection to my home's network. usually, it can connects. suddenly it cannot be connected. and then, i went on to diagnose and they state that the network adapter could not be found. but i do have the realtek 8185 extensible wireless device with a "yellow" exclamation mark alert. maybe it was corrupted. im not so sure. so then, i uninstall and tried to re-install. but all the files that are provided consists of sys,inf and cat file. i don't even know how to start installing. therefore, anybody can help to make sure im doing the correct thing? PLS CORRECT ME ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
