Besides reformating my whole computer, I'm quiet sure there are other ways to fix this problem and I will wait until some one has an answer that I can work with that does not involve losing all my files.

I'll assume then you don't have backups of files you don't wish to lose, so I can only conclude you do not care about them.

Well I have no form of backing up anything since I do not have one of those secondary hard drive's or what ever they are called nor do I have CD's to store the files on.

Oh I care about my files it is just that I don't have money to buy secondary hard drives and for even that matter Cd's I am dry as a bone right now.. and will be for months to come.
