ntuser.dat files ?

OT question:
I open the Admin(me) window and these 2 files are included in it and they were not there before. They are both ntuser.dat files. When I open them, I receive this message(see the 2nd screenshot). I can not delete them neither. It says "the action can't be completed because the file is open in another program."
Are they system files or something I downloaded? How can I remove them from Admin window?

Just hide the files...They contain your passwords, your user information and quite a lot of registry infomation, if you delete them you will cause all your user information to become lost and also make your PC unusable even unbootable.

Thank you for the important info. They are hidden, however, how come they are not disappear? If it doesn't hurt my computer then I am content with it. It's just annoying to see something that should not be there in the first place and I can't do anything about it.

They are usually hidden from view but sometimes windows forgets to add a 'hidden' propertie when it creates the files, its not a major issue but just cosmetic view issue

You shouldnt see them there unless you changed the "show all system and hidden files" value in folder options

By the way, what is with your golden girls display picture??

You are amazing...I successfully deleted these eyesore files. I remember I did a little praticing on hidden files procedure but never realized that was the cause.
Thanks again for reminded me about "show all system and hidden files".

Oh, goodness so glad found this forum. That was buggin me to have that ntuser.dat Log1 & 2 showing. Have them hidden as they should be now.
