Question about Unattended Install

Well Have a question About Unattended Install... If anyone can help me to Find a Guide or something on how to Create a Package of programs + drivers ... and write them to A CD and then just Put the cd i other computer Select the Apps you want and click install... so it will start a silent install of those programs all together :D
I know it may be difficult but i wanna give it a Try :D Because i Bored After each format Installind again And Again all the Programs and drivers...
